For my daughters 6th birthday she wanted the theme to resemble our orange tabby cat Kirby. On top of that, I had this great idea to use ice cream cones and make cupcakes — so, after much research, I decided to make Orange Tabby Cat Cupcake “Cones”. I learned a lot during the process, and hopefully I can share that with you here. Next time I make these (or something like this) I know I will hit a home run. Don’t get me wrong, the kids thought these were GREAT. I just know they can be so much better with the little lessons learned.
