This tasty Sweet Potato Bake is great for Holidays or Family Events. It’s always been a big hit wherever I’ve taken it. Originally from a Cooking Light Magazine recipe, I’ve altered and adjusted the ingredients and measurements to perfection.
My friend Margie made the most delicious Shrimp Cocktail the other day. She got the recipe from Matt Martinez Mex-Tex Cookbook. I’ve halved the recipe and made a couple of minor alterations. It is so easy and so delicious!
